| 保洁开荒程序 Process of cleaning and opening up a wasteland 开荒是清洁工程之首，由于建筑工程中常常会遗留下许多垃圾污垢，各种地面石头，墙壁上会遗留下水泥浆块、油漆、玻璃胶、水污、锈迹等，这些都必须在开荒工作中清洗干净，所以它是一项最艰苦、最复杂、最费神的工作，开荒工程的好坏，直接影响到日后保洁工作的质量和档次，所以做好开荒有着相当重要的要求。 It is the first of the clean project, because the construction works often leave a lot of trash dirt, all kinds of ground stones, the walls will leave cement paste, paint, glass glue, water pollution, rust and so on. Wipe clean with the machine skin. 4、 卫生间：坚持由上而下的原则，首先认清卫生间顶子的材质，是PVC的或是铝塑板还是涂料的，再根据不同的材质用不同的清洁方法进行清洁；用清洁球或是板刷清洗卫生间的墙壁，着重瓷砖的缝隙，和瓷砖表面上遗留的胶迹、涂料点、水泥渍等；用毛巾清洁卫生间的洁具，用不锈钢清洗液针对各种龙头、管件进行清洁；用洗地机对地面进行最后的清洁，由其是地面的边角；最后，检查无遗漏后，再用干毛巾把水龙头等管件擦拭一遍。 4, toilet: adhere to the principle of up and down, first recognize the bathroom ceiling material, is PVC or the aluminum plastic board or paint, and then according to different materials to clean with different cleaning methods; clean the bathroom wall with clean ball or plate brush, focus on tile cracks, and the surface of the tile surface.
