酒店厨房清洗准备工作

准备工作：
Dead work:
1、穿戴统一的工作服、绝缘雨鞋，佩戴安全帽。

2、对厨房排烟系统相关设配设施检查并试机。

3、检查厨房排烟口、是否有其它任何气体。

4、对厨房清洗所有灶具、电器、配电箱断电。
4. Clean all kitchen cookers, electrical appliances and power distribution boxes.
5、排烟系统的控制开关挂正在维修，请勿合闸的提示牌。

6、厨房所有墙上电源进行绝缘保护。

7、排烟设备防水保护。
