物业保洁日常管理工作可分为以下三类：

（一）日常保养工作

日常保养工作指的是几乎每天都需进行的或每年进行密度十分大的工作。如道路的保洁、绿化带的保洁、楼梯间的保洁、垃圾的收集与处理等。

（二）周期工作

周期工作指的是定期的保洁。如对管井的清洁、地面的护养等。

（三）专项工作

专项工作是针对集中情况或某种事物进行的工作。如小区卫生消杀、新入住住户装修的垃圾处理、暴风雨来临前后的工作等。
